Drano Lake Salmon Fishing Trips

Drano Lake Salmon fishing is widely known throughout the Pacific northwest. The Drano Lake springers are some of the best eating fish on the planet. We are now offering Drano Lake spring salmon trips starting April 20th and fishing through May. The Drano Lake area is located on Highway 14 between the wind and white salmon rivers. Predictions are showing a healthy run of fish in the 17,000 neighborhood between the Drano Lake and wind river areas of the beautiful Columbia River gorge. Because of its popularity, hiring a guide can be a good thing. Our team stays in tune with what’s working and where the fish are.

We are sponsored by Gary Loomis Edge Rods and fish the finest fishing rods made. There’s lots of methods to target the fish.However,  our favorite method amongst our guides is trolling pro-troll flashers and herring wraps. There are times that trolling prawn spinners can be effective as well. These fish are hard fighting and super tasty on the BBQ. We have 6 full time guides that know the fishery well. Our guides are good, in other words, considered experts.  Our guide service and fishing team will set up in the Drano Lake area for 6 weeks.
