Outdoor enthusiasts know that, spring time is a great travel destination for a Pacific Northwest fishing trip. We fish on some incredible lakes, reservoirs and rivers. The snow-capped mountains create spring run-off that fill the lakes and rivers throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The beautiful weather and fishing vibe, excites and motivates people to chase fish! Our Pacific Northwest spring fishing trips provide anglers many choices of species to target. Our fishing guide service is proud to have some of the hardest working guides on the water that are willing to travel to these incredible places to fish our loyal clients. The Columbia River system might be the world’s best sportfishing destination and we cover 200 miles, chasing Springer Salmon, sturgeon, walleye and bass.

Spring Fishing Family Vacation

The Clearwater River, in Lewiston Idaho is our “home waters” offers some dynamite Springer fishing. We own 2 exclusive permits on the Clearwater that limits boat traffic. Potholes Reservoir heats up for some incredible walleye fishing and the bass, crappie, perch fishing is not too shabby either.

Spring Fishing for Trophy Walleye

The Mid-Columbia River around the Tri-Cities area is where you need to be if you’re chasing the next World Record Walleye. Spring sturgeon fishing is excellent on Snake River/Hells Canyon area and if you’re walleye fishing around the Tri Cities, combo that trip with keeper sturgeon. We’ve broken down our fishing by seasons to inform our anglers when the best time to fish is, on their favorite body of water. Fishing changes with each season, and our guide service promises to keep things fresh with those changes

Sturgeon
Spring

The Columbia River has one of the world’s largest sturgeon population, right in our back yard. January 1st is opener for keeper sturgeon with slot of 43-54 inches. The water flows are great and weather starting to warm which triggers feeding fish. We fish both the Lake Wallula and Mcnary Pools down through the John Day. This is incredible fishing and only gets better when you combo with some walleye.

Potholes Reservoir

Walleye – Bass – Panfish

Springtime fishing on Potholes Reservoir means Ice Off and hungry walleye. This 28,000 – acre Reservoir in the middle of Eastern Washington has a variety of fishing options.
